Ah, returns. A VERY hot topic this time of year. You know what’s worse than reading about a return policy? Writing about one and trying to make it sound the least bit compelling and fun. It’s hard, trust.
But alas, sometimes writing requires us to cover topics that NEED sharing, rather than topics or ideas that we WANT to talk about (like our fav RTR picks of 2019…get ready, this one is going to be good.) And the reality is that you NEED to love your sh*t - this is not up for debate.
So with all that said, do you fall into one of the following two categories?
- You got sh*t for the holidays, and you are SO excited that your mom/aunt/boyfriend invested in your well being with a product that will keep you super warm. BUT, it’s just not the right color for you. You want your sh*t to look perfect, so you want to trade it in for exactly what you want.
- You got sh*t for the holidays and you’re just not in love with it. You love the brand, but you’re ready for summer and wearing a merino wool accessory would mean you were admitting winter exists.
If you find yourself in one of these two predicaments, please read on to find out about our return deadlines. DEADLINES?! Yes, deadlines. We have to put deadlines in place because a) everyone works better on a deadline and b) not naming names but SOMETIMES people do try to return hats they bought a year ago and we sadly can’t resell hats that have been worn because, ya know, lice and sh*t.
Let’s start with scenario number one: you want to return your sh*t. We will accept returns on orders purchased on or before November 25th through JANUARY 15TH 2020!!! That’s in one week, in case you’re still recovering from the holidays. To start the return process, CLICK HERE. You’ll be able to initiate your return and download a prepaid return label. Whaaat, returns are free?! Yes. You’re welcome.
On to scenario number two: you want to exchange your sh*t for something else. Our normal exchange policy applies here, so that means you have 60 days from the date of purchase to exchange your product. So that means if your order was placed on November 25th, you must make your exchange by January 24th. Want to figure out how much time you have from your date of purchase? Here’s a fun little day counter that I found...yes, I googled that instead of counting the days...To initiate your exchange, head to our return portal to start the process and download your shipping label.
Okay so one last thing that we need to be SUPER clear about. We will not accept any returns or exchanges on products that have been worn, damaged, or altered in ANY way. Our customer service team is SUPER strict about this, so if you plan on doing either of these things, PLEASE don’t wear your sh*t before you send it to us. We really appreciate it!
Wow - we did it. I think we made returns and exchanges a fun topic. Maybe? Sorta? I hope so. And as always, if you have any questions, please email us was email@example.com
